Chad Nesrallah

Producer, Instructor, Band Coach, Teacher

Chad has been writing and producing music for decades. He founded and opened Fat Dog Studios in 1987 and has worked with any style of music imaginable over the years. Chad plays several instruments and as such has gained a vast amount of experience in song arrangement and production.

Chad is the founder and head instructor of the School of Recording Arts. In 2001 he co-wrote the very popular Introduction to Audio Engineering program, a part time cost effective alternative to expensive music industry training programs.

In 2003 Fat Dog opened Rock Star Camp which was featured nationally on Canada AM as one of the five most unique camps in the country. Chad has been the main instructor and producer ever since, working with dozens of bands in song writing, production, image, branding and training for stage and live performance.

He also spent several years managing artists and earning them performance opportunities at venues including Lolapalooza, Woodstock 99, Bluesfest, Tulipfest, HOPE Beach and Westfest just to name a few. He also ran a very successful booking agency for a few years and eventually settled back into the studio.

One of the most chill and patient people you'll ever meet, Chad would be very happy to help you get the most out of your project.
